Federal Corporation was founded in 1954, which is the first manufacturer of producing radial tire in Taiwan. Technical cooperation with Bridgestone Corporation from 1960-1979 and with Sumitomo Rubber Industries (Dunlop Tires) from 1981-2000, 40 years of collaboration with two famous tire manufacturers has greatly strengthen Federals R&D and technical capabilities. Today, Federal has established a strong network of overseas distributors with more than a hundred national/regional representatives throughout 121+ countries.
With state-of-the-art technology, strict quality control, and highly regulated safety standards, Federal is devoted to making better tires (PCR, SUV/RVR, Light van/Light truck and winter tires). 595, Federals first UHP tire is rewarded Taiwan Excellence and has a great selling to the world. Drift Competition
Federal's extremely successful UHP, the former ss595, has been repositioned and renamed simply as the 595. Slight technical changes have been made by FTC to the tire to suit the purposes and take the abuse of drifting competition.
